Part of my mission when I started Blue Jay of Happiness was to share what I’ve learnt through my personal and professional experiences of mental health, self-love and self-care.
I’ve experienced self-hatred to the extreme. I’ve delved to the depths of anorexia and self-harm, and come out the other side.
Writing about this, learning more and talking to others has been incredible – but I got to a point when I wanted to do something… more.
After getting some coaching myself and following the work of other incredible coaches online, I realised this could be a way for me to do more and help people in a more tangible way.
So I’m now training to be a life coach. Learning the skills I need to hold space and help others uncover their own incredible truths.
I’ll be taking this training and combining it with my personal experience to help people struggling with:
body image issues
