I call myself a self-worth coach because when we don’t value ourselves, we struggle to fulfil our true potential.

Maybe you’re consumed with self-doubt and the idea of following your dreams seems impossible. Launching that business, writing that book, whatever it is you really want to do, feels like something other people do. Not you.

Maybe you see that you’re not taking care of yourself as you should, but struggle to make the time. You’ve read all the articles out there about why self-care is so important, but fitting it into your life on a practical level seems a stretch too far.

Why do I know all of this? Because I've been there.

Before I valued myself, I lacked confidence, I hated what I saw in the mirror and had zero ambition besides losing weight. Things spiralled and at my lowest I developed an eating disorder.

In the years since my recovery, I’ve learnt the tools I needed to discover my self-worth, feel comfortable in my body (regardless of its size) and think bigger when it came to my hopes and dreams.

I’ve become the Queen of boundary setting and feel no shame is saying no to people when I need to prioritise self-care. I’ve learnt to love who I am, how I look and what I do. I’ve found my ‘why’, my ‘purpose’ and have navigated my way through self-doubt to pursue it.

I’m not perfect, I don’t have all the answers – the human experience is a messy one. A three-month coaching package where we’ll work together to help you discover and tap into your self-worth. This also seems like a good place to highlight that although I have experienced poor mental health myself, write a lot on the subject and have mental health first aid training, I am not a trained counsellor and therefore will not be able to help with specific mental health conditions.
