Part of my mission when I started Blue Jay of Happiness was to share what I’ve learnt through my personal and professional experiences of mental health, self-love and self-care.
I’ve experienced self-hatred to the extreme. I’ve delved to the depths of anorexia and self-harm, and come out the other side.
Writing about this, learning more and talking to others has been incredible – but I got to a point when I wanted to do something… more.
After getting some coaching myself and following the work of other incredible coaches online, I realised this could be a way for me to do more and help people in a more tangible way.
So I’m now training to be a life coach. Learning the skills I need to hold space and help others uncover their own incredible truths.
I’ll be taking this training and combining it with my personal experience to help people struggling with:
body image issues
I’ll be launching these services on 2nd September, but if you want early access (and early-bird offers) I would encourage you to sign up to my newsletter.
If you want to learn more about what coaching is (and what coaching isn’t) head over to this helpful coaching overview document from Starr Consulting.
I can’t wait to start working with you and showing you that there is another way.
